We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where eligibility criteria are not met, or where a prescription would not be clinically appropriate. All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Aberfeldy are subject to a clinical review conducted by our registered pharmacist or prescriber. Completion of a consultation form does not guarantee the issue of a prescription.
Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and in accordance with current UK prescribing guidelines. We may request additional information or refuse to prescribe where we believe it is not in your best interest.
Prescriptions remain the property of the pharmacy and are non-transferable. Repeat prescriptions are subject to periodic review and are not issued automatically.

Where a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be provided. No refunds are issued once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a redelivery charge may apply.
You may cancel your order at any time before your consultation is approved and your prescription is dispensed. To cancel, please contact us promptly by email. A full refund will be issued for orders cancelled prior to dispensing.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
